HUB404 is transformative

The half-mile green space and gathering place will soar above Georgia 400 in Buckhead, creating an innovative 9-acre “cap park” atop the highway with a direct connection to MARTA’s Buckhead rail station. HUB404 Atlanta GA will transform the core of Buckhead, creating a public realm missing today, and providing a place for civic life to flourish in a district unlike anything else in the American South.

ATLANTA, Connected.

HUB404 Atlanta GA will reconnect, from north to south and east to west, a part of Atlanta divided by the Georgia 400 freeway, and be a critical component of multiple efforts to increase the walkability of Buckhead. Because of the direct connection to MARTA’s rail system, HUB404 Atlanta GA will be accessible to all of Atlanta, and provide the opportunity for bridging community divides.

Similar projects in New York, Boston, Seattle and Dallas created a vastly increased tax base, and created thousands of jobs and residential units for their respective cities.

It is estimated that real estate development around HUB404 Atlanta GA will bring an estimated 16,300 new construction jobs, 11,000 permanent jobs and 1,600 new residents to Atlanta, along with additional tax revenues to support a growing city.
