HUB404 – Simply More
HUB404 is reimagining Atlanta– offering more. More greenspace and nature. More extraordinary performances. More interactive art. More meaningful connections with friends and neighbors. More opportunity to experience all that is Atlanta.
Hub404 will be a half-mile green space above Georgia 400 in Buckhead, creating an iconic 9-acre “cap park” above the highway. But Hub404 is so much more than a park.
The mission – create a world-class community-driven greenspace showcasing the best of Atlanta. For Atlanta. By Atlanta. We are committed to revitalizing culture and facilitating innovative ways for our city to connect. Of course, we will foster socioeconomic development – limited only by our collective imagination. HUB404 represents the very best of urban sustainability, delivering social, economic and environmental wins.
More to Do
Bridging Lenox Road and Georgia 400 – HUB404 will bring to the area to life, creating connections through thoughtful design and programming. HUB404 will showcase the culture, art and events that make Atlanta shine.
More to Explore
Fewer taillights and more to explore. HUB404 will reconnect areas split by Georgia 400 – increasing the walkability of Buckhead. With a direct connection to MARTA’s Buckhead station, HUB404 will be accessible to all of Atlanta, bringing communities together.
More to Breathe
Imagine a dense cover of native trees. A beautiful garden worth exploring. Now imagine all of it sitting over Georgia 400. Greenscapes will create a lush horticultural experience that tells the natural story of our home while providing ecological function, including a pollinator habitat, reducing the urban heat island effect and capturing stormwater.
For Atlanta, By Atlanta.
